I repaired my faulty hatch pull down motor assy using the reapair parts I got from TDS. Man what a simple fix it was too, I just followed the instruction that came with the new guides. The new giudes were much better than the stock ones, which were all broken up. I also replaced the broken plastic drive gear and used his reinforced gear housing. My motor was OK it appears to have been unplugged by a previous owner. It sure is great having that thing pull the hatch down nice and tight.

how much was it?? I paid 5 bucks for my plastic gear from the dealer and mine works fine now lol.
