I would search but i dont even know what to type in. Anyway i was thinking, since my hatch doesnt open from the outside and i dont even have a lock there anymore ,I was going to get a piece of plexiglass, paint the inside white( matching the car) and etch a firebird logo on the inside with a dremel and put a red lite behind it and install it between the tail lites only without the lock hole. i was wondering if anyone has done this or something like it and how do you guys think it would look.

I remember seeing a video on here awhile ago of a fourth gen where the guy drilled a bunch of small holes in the firebird design on the center taillight piece, and then ran fiberoptic cable to it. It shifted colors and was actually pretty neat.

I took mine off and sanded it down, put a stenciled bird on there, paint the plastic piece black, pulled off the bird and then painted it again with nite shades. I haven't got a chance to put a light back there yet, but thats all I lack.
