Door not aligned with body
Door not aligned with body
Does anyone know why one of my doors would stick out from the body about an 1/2inch. And yes the door is shut. It is like the door is just not shuting tight enough.
Any help would be great.

Slam the door really really hard and see what it does.
I am guessing your striker may be set too far inwards and the door is not closing on it like it should but is only closed halfway. Try moving the striker towards the outside by a centimeter at a time until it closes fine as is firmly closed.

Or the door is not aligned properly on the hinges due to bad bushings, and you still are not closing it hard enough for it to close properly.... Kind of like my door, perhaps?

I think TDS or 3rdgensoultions has a striker bar alinger and door aligner for a reasonable price. I need to get me one sooner or later. My driver door sticks out 1/8th of an inch and I'll defantly need it when I start putting the 82 together.
