Has anyone bought the repair kits mentioned on the sponsor sites? If so I am trying to get some mesurments of the replacment pins. I have a cnc machine at work and am toying with the idea of making some. I have some great pics of the pins but no mesurements. Any help or input would be very appreciated.

 

the kits i forget the name i got mine from hawks but i think the kits is the same from all, work very good installed mine in a couple hours the front fender was off so that made it very easy. all i got left is to get a door spring tool to put the spring back in.

the pins were fine in my car as i think most are it is the bushings that are in there that get all worn and sloppy.

so if you get bushings that would be the fix also, the top is where i picked up the most repair with the new greaseable pin very nice.
