what to take off?

hey guy i was wondering what things can be taken out of a thirdgen to shed off alot of weight? other then seats and spare?
is there anything else really?

Depends

It depends on how far you are willing to go. I will list a few. Carpet, pad, dash, stereo, speakers, all useless interior ie the plastic pieces in the rear. The list can go on. Also Most drivers can stand to loose a few pounds themselves. I know I could.
