Custom gauge cluster

I am making a custom gauge cluster out of aluminum and might start making for friends that are interested in them. I am wondering what size do I have to make the holes to fit 5" monster tach and 2 1/16th gauges? I never really messed with this and I am making the assumption that the size they sell them as is the size of the face?

stock holes in stock guage cluster are smaller, but a ruler will tell you that.

in dash speedo holes are 3 3/8" as well.
