Drip rail

Yes, I would like to know how to get the drip rail off . The thin black piece that runs up the A-pillar and over the window. Need to get it off so I can paint under there.

Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure the weather stripping has to come off, then it's screwed on. I've never taken them off though.

It IS seperate from the weatherstrip rail, however it is stuck to the body, then the strip channel is stuck on top of it, so it has to come out first.
