How do I get the door panel off!?

This is probably the dumb question of the month but can someone please explain how to remove a door panel? I'm almost there but I can't seem to detach it from the top plastic piece (called the "sill" I guess). Nor can I get the sill off with the door panel attached to it. Can someone please explain what to do?

Thanks!

take the torz heads screws out of the air rest one in top and 2 or 3 in bottom that are hidden, take off the cover by the armrest (the black plastic cover aroudn the door lock and handle one part should pop off 2 pieces on the side w/ the remote lever for mirror) take out them torz heads pry off the lock slider, go all way round the door easily prying off the plastic pop rivets or snap keepers whatever u want to call em then once u get them all off and whole thgin si free only tops holding it on,
push the top plastic piece towards the window and down then slide it up.
mainly just got to push it in the slide it upwards.

its held on the cardboard door panels w/ lil plastic rivet bolts like i didnt know this n broke off mine on the passenger side and had to screw it back on so for the drivers side i knew how.

i have mine off now to tint my windows and change door locks.

It helps if you also roll the window all the way down
