Several months ago, I had my door panels off (I had just bought the car, and the door handles were almost broke off and the windows needed adjustment). Well, getting the panels off was like , but in the process I noticed that the cardboard backing had ripped apart from the carpeting. Is this easily replaceable (or do I need to get all new panels that come with the board backing already in place)?

Hopefully with practice I wont damage them again (one of the door handles is starting to slip, even though I not only put those worthless pins on there but also screwed on some bolts to hold them down). I was so frustrated with these panels that I put off the process of putting them back on for one week, during which my car was broken into (which must have been incredibly easy with no panels installed) and the stereo was taken.

 

today I lost my stereo to thieves. Only took my subs and amp. but thats still about 650 bucks worth.
