Interior Vent Replacement

I need some information on how to replace my passenger side interior vent the long one not the snall square one.

If you are talking about the adjustable vents in the dash, they just pop out the same as the others. Are you going to replace it because it is loose and falling down? I pulled all mine out and replaced the foam pieces on the ends.

Thanks the reason why I wanted to replace that vent is because the vent is broken and it looks ugly
