so called t-top leak

OK so I replaced my t-top seals with gm seals. then I installed my 4th gen seats well it rained and guess what leak. got to looking around and it was coming from the rear hatch. The idiot that had the car before me put screws that were to long in the t-top rear molding tou know the long piece after the t-tops and they poked through the roof under the hatch so I just dabbed a little silcone in there hope fullt it took care of it what a idiot

did your seats get wrecked ?

one reason i wont get leather, everyonce and a while when it rains HARD the next day my seats are all damp, dont wnat them to get all smelly and gross

i got a set of glass tops i am going to start using and see if they cure the problem

naa it was leaking and the back and right now i have no back seat but I did just put brand new carpet in so I had to wet vac it out and spray some febreeze I think im going to spray some of that scotchguard stuff back there to just incase
