Need to adjust pin latches on 3rd gen ttop

The Story: OK so I cleaned my Camaro Thursday. I did everything. Except, I guess, shut my passenger side ttop latch completely, as I found out Friday at 65 mph going down route 202 on the way to New Hope when my LEXAN ttop experienced lift off and departed from my vehicle. Just for the record, lexan does not survive a 65mph drop onto pavement. Its in about 5 pieces.
I am SO UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS SITUATION you have no idea.

The Problem: Unfortunately, they dont fit the same as the other ones. The pins seem to come out too far, and when you push the lever the last little bit, they seem to change angle, hiking the top up a bit. I mean they are on, but I had to work at it, and its not ideal. I'm assuming they glide on little tracks in and out. Anyone ever had this problem, or had them apart? Can you adjust them?
