Hey all you guys with RS hoods I was wondering what the underside of your hood looks like because my hood is the flat RS hood on top, but on the under side you can see the shape of Iroc louvers. I was just wondering if this is normal or if the idiot that had this car before me had an Iroc hood and filled in the louvers somehow. Thanks for your help.

 

I have insulation on the underside, so I dunno. Looks like gray padding to me.

 

I'm pretty sure the frames for all camaros are the same, as are the frames for all the firebirds are the same. The skins for each are the different parts. But it'd be a pain in the *** to swap skins if you're considering that. Cheaper just to buy a new/used hood.

OK, just making sure because I could of sworn the hood on my friends RS was almost completely flat on the under side. Oh well.
