Just need support

I'm working on R/I of interior and found about an inch of water under a rear passenger seat. All of the t-top and door w/s's have been replaced by a body shop that recently repainted it. The installation looks proper but I was not there so I don't know for sure. Should I assume that the t-top w/s was not installed correct and replace it myself? Perhaps the water is "old", that is, been there prior to new w/s's. I am real close to ripping out headliner to get a better look but I thought I would get opinions too. Thanks.

Get a hose and simulate rain to find out where/if it is leaking.

Good luck, I have the same problem without the t-tops, and my headliner is out. I haven't been able to track down the leak. It sucks!

I had a leak too. I thought it was the t-tops but come to find out it was actually the rear hatch. get this it wasnt leaking from the seal where the t-top molding is screwed in the screws almost go all the way through the body but one of mine had a small pin hole im guessing from rust. anyways a little silicone and no more leak just thought I would post so people could watch out for this

Here's a question for you, I'm gonna use silicone on all the screws in the rear hatch. But should I just put the silicone on top of the screw or do I unscrew it, add silicone, then screw it back in? Any comments?
