How too??

I know that some of you have taken your center concel apart, but i havent yet. I have a 89 RS with auto shifter. I need to take the **** off and i have no idea. Please help!!

the front of the *** towards the radio there is a c clip, get a flat head and pry it out . then pull like a mo fo on it and it should pop off..

where u at ramair?? i have an 89 RS auto as well and i just got thru doin exactly what ur doin right now, my **** was pretty hard to take off, careful when ur doin, i pulled so hard hwne it finnally came off i hit my head on my rear view mirror anyway if ur in the dallas/richardson area thatd be cool lemme know

It can be hard to take off if it was never removed before. When i put my new shifter handle on, the next time i had to remove it i almost knocked myself out pulling it.
