kind of need help quick on this one

how do you get the headlight **** off so we can get the guage bezel off

and where would the power hatch switch be in a 91 camaro... there is a power hatch in the back but no button up front...

 

Powerhatch button is between the 2 power window switches in the center console on the 91-92 cars.

To get the headlight **** off you need to take the blank plate or foglight switch(whichever you have) out and if you look through the hole there is a pin on the bottom of the headlight switch that you have to push in while pulling out on the headlight ****.

 

use the trunk key....should be a switch like above but if there isn't one visible check to make sure it is power. someone could have swapped a power trunk motor in it and not had a switch...you'll know right away after using the key.

 

it DEFINETLY is a power motor in the back wiht all the wires running out of it... but it is completely different than my 91 bird... but we can not for the life of us find a set of wires up front for a switch...

be careful that you dont break the black plastic pice in the headlight switch that the shaft goes in to. i broke it tring to get that **** off so i could put on a custom bezel for my 91 RS and found out that part is discontinued.
