I got my HOOD!!!

Hey guys it finally came in. YES!!! The SS HOOD i want is ready to go. One thing though? My old RS hood has a place for the spring but the new hood doesnt. What should i do? Thanks

Im sorry im talking about the spring in front of the hood. That big coil spring that pops the hood up after you release the hood lever. Thanks and sorry for the mixup.

Yeah your best bet would be to do a search or ask the others on the board who have the SS hood. You may need to take the one of your old hood and put it on your new one. Are there holes in the SS hood for the spring?
