do 4th gen seats set higher than 3rd gen?

I am looking into 4th gen seats for my 3rd gen. My current seats are manual and sit low and perfect for me. Do 4th gen seats set up higher than 3rd gen? If they have the electric adjustable controls, does it make it sit higher?

the ones i sat in didnt SEEM higher, but i didnt really measure it.

its also kinda hard for me to tell since i have a convertible... im not sure where the roof is in relation to the seat, so its harder to compare height.

The manual ones are higher by a small amt. Although, if you get the power track 4th gens like I have, you can raise and lower the seat.

The seats actually sit lower, the bottom cushion isnt nearly as thick. If your going from manual to power it will be much higher tho because of the motors for the seats and all that stuff you need room for. The actual manual track for the 4th gens might be a bit taller than third im not sure, I just put the 3rd gen brackets on cause I didnt want the boat pilot stance of the power seats.
