Squeaky Passenger seat and wobbly driver's seat

Ive got a few questions on how to tighten up the seats in my car.
They are the "luxury" powered ones and my factory service manual has nothing on how to do any of that. They are the style that came on a 88 GTA/Trans Am

Firstly in a hard stop, the passenger seat flies forward. Thats just an annoyance because it distracts me when i see something whippin forward. Constantly it's also squeaking/rattling when im driving to work. How do I tighten up the back/forward part of the seat so I dont eject a passenger or something in the seat in the event I have to break hard.

On both seats I want to tighten up the headrest so they stay in one place instead of sinking back down like they do now.

And finally, the driver's seat rocks a tiny little bit. It feels like its rocking on the bolts that connect it to the floor rails but I cant see any movement when I push the seat around.

Any ideas on how to take the squeak outta my seats?

Or should I just install a fake ejection button and call it an added feature?
