How do the rear seat latches go?

Does the tubish piece with the flat thing go over or under the rear panel, and where does the washer go?

If I am reading this correctly, the round tube thing with the flat part goes over the rear panel. I dont recall any washer being there, but it was over a year ago that I took mine apart. HTH

The washer goes inside the trim and the black tube goes on the outside of the trim. See picture.

Thanks, I was trying to put it in backwards

One more mystery part, a small piece of plastic that apears to clip onto the latch.

It is just a plastic cover that goes over the latch assembly.
