Seats

after reading how many people buy kits for reupholstering their seats, i got to thinking... its possible to make custom DIY door panels and headliners, but what about seats? its just a thought i had, but would it be possible to make our own seat covers? i think it'd be interesting to try

it would be hard unless you are an apolester i mean actually it wouldn't be too bad if you took the old seams apart on the old seat cover copied the pattern of that and sewed it all together good luck tho if you do try this

yea, i think it might not be too difficult except for closing everything up. if anyone has done this before or has a set of reproduction covers, please post any pics of the hog ties and the finishing stages of installation.

one more thing... does anybody have an idea of how much materials from a craft shop would cost for this?

if its not too expensive and i can learn how to close everything, i might try this sometime over the summer
