Side Molding on doors / fenders...
Hey i have a quick question for someone who knows... How is the molding on the doors and fenders attached? was it caulked on? riveted? screwed? Did it ever change between 82 - 92?
Thanks
Thanks

well both my 83 T/A and 84 Firebird had one style that was just held on by sticky tape and just pulls off, and my 90 is the other style but was also held on the same way. after i pulled them off i cleaned up the residue where they were with 3M adhesive remover (it doesn't hurt the paint). IIRC the thin black style is 82-86 and the wider body colored ones were 87-92.
