are you getting 16X7's? cause normal 16X8 wheels stock take a 245/50R16 tire and they quite happily take a 255/55R16 tire

http://www.iroczone.com/calcs/tire_radius.htm

according to that page...

The 225 60 16s tires will be 0.63" higher than the 215 65 15s (26")

Dunno how much that will make the speedo off though. If I had to guess I'd say ~2-3%
I'm sure someone else will know.

u can go with the 245 or 255/50r16. It might throw ur speedo off a mile an hour or two. Nothing drastic.

your stock speedo with the correct tires can be off off by about 5%, and most are usually optimistic (they read high). I owned an ex cop car with a calibrated speedo, and was surprised to compare it with all my friends cars. None of them were very close.
