Repairing Sagging Doors "TDS" Kit
I bought this kit to repair my doors but I have notice that nothing in the kit help with the roller pin. While you have the door apart I think it would be a good idea to replace this as well. Where do you buy this roller bushing for the lower hinge. The Kit included one pin for the bottom hinge but the larger pin/roller with the plastic bushing should also be replace at this time? Just trying to do a one shot one kill while I have the fenders off.

As far as i know the only way to replace the roller is to replace the lower body side hinge. I tried looking for a repair kit for it like they offer for some of the older modles but i found nothing. I think they are about $50 a peice from gmpartsdirect.com .
