On my car the passenger side wiper stops above the stopper for it and makes it look broken. I've noticed a few other thirdgens that had this problem. I took the arm off to see if it's adjustable but dosn't look like it is, also tried to adjust it with the adjustments under the cowl between the motor and the drivers side wiper arm. Is there adjustablity between the drivers and passanger arm?

 

You might have to take the whole arm off from the black piece that rotates it. Thats what I did and I just repositioned it back at the bottom. But since the notches in the arm were stripped it kept going back up
