Front bumper dented

Im wonting if any body man could tell me if theres a way to pop out a dent in ABS plastic front nose pieces? When i bought the car the dent was there and it doesnt look like a inpact dent. It seriously looks like the heat or seomthing pushed the bumper inward. I can reach my arm underneath the car and push the bumper out but it pops right back in where it was.

So i wasnt sure if there is a way to pop it out maybe heat gun it or blowdryer, to head the plastic up and hold it in place till it cools or something even more cleaver. Thanks

Good call, this is exactly what you need to do, preferrably from the back side with the bumper off. Careful not to blister the paint by getting it too hot!!!!
You have what is called memory stress to the plastic, whatever damaged it, It has retained the "memory" and needs to be massaged back into shape.
