Targa rear hatch?
Did a search and couldn't come up with anything. Has anyone on this board installed, have seen the targa hatch? I was reading through a 3rd gen book the other day and came across a pic. No scanner but with the "Targa Hatch" the car sort of looks like a large version of the fierro, with the corvette tail light conversion the 'maro would look like a ferrari.

what i beleive you are talking about is the notch back hatch's they were made factory but only very few. and still today very few are survivors of this. they do make after market notchback hatchs. the covette light conversion i have no idea where to get that from

I found on some website that this thing costs around 700$+ and shaves a lot of weight off the car.
Dont think i'd do this but here is what it looks like....

you'd be wise to pick that notchback hatch up from the yard if it's an original. They are very rare and you would certainly turn a profit on selling it. that and you'd be doing a good deed for the 3rd gen community
