Redying two-tone seats?

The seats in my brother’s car are basically ruined by the jackass that did the work on the car, so we’re looking to replace them. I have a nice set of 95 Z28 seats that I was going to give him for the car. Only problem with them is that they are faded on one side. The seats are the black/grey seats. The outer black is faded to an almost grey. Anyone know of any spray I can use on them to redye them without the color sticking to his clothes? I want to be able to redye the black without dying the grey black too. Is this gonna be too tough to do?

well its in the nature of dye to rub off I guess you could buy some of the pray dye and tape off the parts you dont want to hit I think if you let the dye set and then wash it a few times to get the loose dye off it should work
lot of work aint it?
