How to remove door trim to get to door seal screws?

How do you remove the trim that covers the top of the door along with the door seal ends? Yes, the seal that goes around the door. There is 2 screws in the back end and one is covered by the trim piece. Does this pop off without removing the panel?

Thanks

No, It's attached to the door panel fron the inside so you can't get at it. you have to take off the door panel. but that's not so bad to do.

Careful around the inner door handle area. There is a hidden screw in there and a few of the fake looking screws around that panel are through also.

Good input Tom3, I think there are only two real screws on each trim piece plus the hidden one. Also the trim piece the post is about (that runs along top of the inside of the door) also clips on in three places to the inside of the door so you got to lift those out with a screw driver.
