Do you want to remove just the wiper blade, or the complete wiper arm from the car?

Well I'd like to know how to get the whole wiper arm off. I tried undoing the clips and prying them off, but it didn't work.

You pull the wiper arm up as far as it will go and then pull out on a little tang down at the base of the wiper arm.
