Transmission: BORG-WARNER T-5

rims

Hi i am going to purchase a 91 Z28 and the rims have the red paint on them to match the car,but the paint on the rims looks more pink than red.I guess they could be faded.Can they be repainted if they are faded.

scuff up old paint with some fine grit sand paper, and re spray.

Or you can do it the stripping, polishing technique wich will look even btter when your done.

are you saying to strip off the red paint and then just polish up the wheel without repainting
