Fuse block panel cover ?

Engine: 305 TPI
Fuse block panel cover ?

The hush panel on the drivers side of my 89 Iroc-Z has a square hole where the fuse block panel is supposed to lock on. The push pin has nothing to lock onto because the hole is perfectly square. Is there supposed to be something else over the square hole ?

Looks like your missing the insert.Its square w/a round hole on it.
