Step by Step Paint instructions, help.......

I have a 92 Z that I have stripped to metal and removed doors, hood and trunk, and gutted. I have fixed all the dents and now want to prime and paint in my garage. I have a professional painter friend who has tutored me up to the guide coat sanding and sealer (if I need to). Unfortunately he has not been available for quite awhile and I want to know what to do now.

Can anyone give me step by step instructions on the paint, clear and finishing? By step I mean spray pattern, air pressure and mixture of the paint. How far from the surface to spray. How fast to move the gun. How many coats of base color and any prep needed between coats, and the like.

I am using PPG products and the color will be 1997 Viper blue pearl 2 stage # 19282.

The following is a sample of what I am shooting for:

Thanks for your help,

go to www.autobodystore.com. that's my second online home right now. You'll make tons of professional painter friends and if you go to classroom section, they have a few tutorials. One of those being painting basics which explains how to adjust and use the gun.
