92 Z Door Panel repair or replace....

I cannot find a door panel replacement that does not have the top holes pulled out or the backboard is not bent or coming apart.

My point is I would like to do one of two things:

1. Repair the panels I have and somehow fix the holes so the door moulding will stay put. What do I use and how do I do it?

2. Make new panels and create a different design with the existing material and pieces or create a different design and placement of materials. Has anyone done this, if so with what and how?

Can anyone answer these two questions with directions or links?

Thanks,

Jim
