Hello. I live in Southern California. My GTA is black. The sides of the car is awesome. However, there is a little bit of spider webbing going on the hood. Can I just have the hood painted and does anyone know of a good paint shop in the Southern California area that is reasonable?

you'll have to sand that sucker down, and re-primer it. The spider-webbing will only continue on if you just paint another layer on it. Dont cheap out initially and it'll pay off for you in the long run.
