I have pulled the guts out of my doors and want to restore the window riser mechanism to as close as possible to original operation. Unfortunately, there is not information or pictures describe or show new from worn. the only items I can see that may need refurbishment are the X hinged riser and the swivel feet on the window.

Has anyone undertaken this with success? If so, what exactly did they do?

Are there any posts on this type of repair?
