Door panel moulding clips?

Okay, I tried to search and I wanted to ask how do I get off those acorn nuts that hold the upper trim panel, to the door panel? The acorn nuts are installed upside down on mine, (maybe built just before a strike) Any ideas please
Thanks
Tim

slowly twist them off either with your fingers or a pair of pliers.

The best way to remove them is: Find the allen key that fits in the nut, then go the next size down. Take a piece of thin aluminum and bend it around the allen key using vicegrips to get all of the bends, then cut off any excess. Slide your new "wrench" down the allen key so the "wrench" will engage the nut, use a small hose clamp to hold the "wrench" on the allen key. Now unscrew the nuts and when you are ready to install them you'll have something better than plyers.
