Can i use a GTA radio Pod In a Camaro?
i have a 4thgen console, and i hate the way it looks "hacked" because thats the only way you can do it..
can i use a GTA radio pod in place of the hacked off center console? i thought someone on here said you can but i cant find the post.

Yes and no.
You will have to "hack" up your dash to get the firebird pod to fit. As there is a lip that runs around where the console enters the dash, cutting a section out to get the pod to fit will leave a large portion of the entryway without a lip. This looks like POOP.
Done -RIGHT- a camaro console modified properly is unnoticable. Note the operative word in that phrase. Like any other mod, it is up to the user to do the mod correctly.

i have one installed in my car. i cut nothing. took a lot of work to get it right, but its there. used a piece of plastic screwed into the dash, then screwed the radio pod onto it. no screws visable with the faceplate on unless you look down in there good.
