Just finished putting on new wipes, felt and tightened everything, put felt around door lock slidding actuator etc... but still alot of rattle coming from the door. Window seems tight until it gets about 3/4 of the way up and then gets loose. Probably sways 1" in and out. What am I missing? Also, I cleaned the inside of the bottom of the door of all of the old felt and wipe pieces that had broken off and found alot of what looks like melted brown plastic. Something from the factory that needs replacing?
