aligning the hood

I probably sound like a total newbie but recently i installed a power antenna and moved my right fender a bit. Now my right fender sticks out a little too much. And my hood is uneven. Its hard to lift up and i have to watch that i close it right or else it will chip paint from the fenders. It's not easy aligning the hood since my struts are gone lol. I have to hold it with a broomstick.
oh well

What tips can you guys offer when trying to align the hood and fender (right) correctly?

Take your time and align it, and get a friend to help you....make sure you did not loose any shims when you took it all loose the first time. The joys of pannel alignment....
