installing 97 lt1 gauges. i have the lt1 sensor and plug off the car, but its got 3 wires off it? ive installed several autometer setups and the run off the ole stock 3rd gen sensor just fine. will the stock 97 gauge work with a 88 model sending unit. seems thats the newest sensor with only one wire. ive done a search and it seems that all 89+ models had 2 wires for some fuel pressure deal.

 

i used the tan wire strait off the sensor to the cluster, capped the other 2 off.
works like a champ.
