I wanna make her lighter! fiberglass fenders?

I wanna make her lighter! fiberglass fenders?

Any one know where i can find the left and right fender made of fiberglass...i have a very street legal car iwanna shed some punds and not loose functionality(dont even think thats a word) i could take off all the usuals like a/c heat etc. but she's getting painted soon so i can find those pieces it would be just as easy!
any one know of a place....fenders for a TA too not camaro

as thin as the front fenders are on these cars, i don't think you will see a whole lot of weight shed from this mod, especially for the money. if i were you, i would put in an aftermarket carpet and rip out the sound deadening material. i did this and i have true duals dumping under the car. it's a bit loud when i step on it, but very tolerable while cruising. i saved close to 75+lbs with just that. that factory carpet is HEAVY. also check out a fiberglass hood. have you put lighter wheels, aluminum ds, lighter torque converter. look for rotational weight to save.

yeah i have a fiber hood, as whell as aluminum pacer rims. im lookin into the alum drive shaft maybe out of a 4th gen if i can find one. i will probly do the capet idea...no sound deadner???? never heard of that done before>?

Wanna lose REAL weight? Get a lexan hatch-glass replacement... that would prolly knock a good 100lbs off the car!

wieght in the rear of the car is important im trying to loose it in the front..any one know a good place for alum driveshaft?
