I need to replace some parts for my firebird, I was just wondering what other years match the 1985 doors, fender, bumper, and dash if any?? Also does anyone know a good place I can get them?

 

Welcome to the boards. New old stock parts are available from GM, and such retailers as Classic Industires and Year One. Have your dealer do a search for you and compare prices. Most of this stuff such as fenders, doors, dash parts is still available. If you plan on going the restoration route, get the F-body parts catalog CD. It has all the part numbers and exploded diagrams so you can be certain as to what parts are correct for your year car, and what you can substitute.

If you want used,
Just go to the junk yards, or ebay!
You have just the stock Firebird?
If so, the nose will be 1985-1990.
Doors will be 1982-1992, and the only different may be the interior screw holes ('91-'92 have the inside door cup/map holders).
Fenders will be 1982-1992 (again, with possible inside holes different for certain years).
Dash will be 1985-1989.

I have an 1985 TA with seats i have only seen in my car they are MANUAL lumbar seats (not the 4th gen seat) and the driver seat is power, i think they are stock (not sure) they are all torn up and i am trying to get them reupholstered but cant find the covers ANYWHERE
