i apologize if this topic was already made....


i have an 83 T/A, which does not have the aeropackage/ground effects (isuppose you can call it). I want them, but as far as i can tell they won't go on the car, does anyone know anything about if they will fit or if i can get it or watever, just basicly info about it, thanks in advance....

 

Exactly what gfx are you talking about? There are quite a few styles for birds.

Does yours have the spat things in front of the wheels right now?

 

well there's my car..ummm i'm not looking for the front but the sides and the back, like well i'm starying at a picture of an 86 Trans Am right now that has the effects....iunno if there's multiple 1's if u could explain them maybe...

 

Well you've got small "spats" or 2nd gen inspired extensions on front of the wheel wells.

84 TA's (and I think some 83's?) had an "aero package" That stuck down somewhat. Looks alittle like the 86 TA you're probably looking at.
This style.


85-90 TA's had an even lower version that included foglights and flush bumpers.
This style.


91-92 TA's have a "swoopy" style that rounds out the front end and the arcs upward.

well i got a crap load of e-mails from simo with pictures links specs and a whole bunch of other stuff, so followin his advice i'll be purchasing a kit for my car....eventually thanks a bunch simo
