Well its been a while since I was around..been in Iraq last year...and diff training schools before that but its time to get back to the old Z.

I just figured I'd let you guys know that I found me a donor body, and I am changing my busted Quarter panel. I am also changing my cracked tail-light. I also am putting a new rear bumper on mine. Got some new rims for it. Got pics of the rims on my 86' Camaro that are going on the Z. I got my posi rear-end to slap in her. And a few other odds and ends. Been really thinking about a 383 down the road for a new motor. But the H.O. 305 thats in her was just rebuilt 2 1/2 years ago.

You guys got any tips on removing that fender? I'm just gonna grind off the welds and cut it at the tops where it was welded at the a-frame. Any good tips on lining it back up? or grinding the welds.

Anyway just figured I'd let you all know what i was up to. Just got done helpin pull the motor outta on Z, so Kaukasion can put it in his TA. we got it cleane dup and painted tonight. couple of pics down there.

His TA has been dead for like 8 years took a Camaro to breath life back into it...Baha!

Got some pics of my 3 camaros below(Danger may make some 3rd gen owner cry at the sight of their condition).

If youa re going to take out the rear quarter panel you need to drind down the edges until youc an see the spot welds and then drill tehm all out. After you do that you can take of the quarter panel and tehn spot weld them in so it looks original. I've seen it donme on a few TV shows and it looked pretty straightforward.
