Engine: 305 TPI(for now...planning on 383 stroker)

Anybody good with frame work?
Well....I need to know if someone has experience and access to an I-CAR frame machine. I would like to see if there is someone who could manage to help me out as a side job.....cuz shop fees suck ****. preferrably in the SE GA area(Savannah, Hinesville, Ludowici, Allenhurst, Richmond Hill) Take a look:
