It's always worth it in the end, no doubt about it.

Lol thanx guys. Its just the little things about the 350 that are pissing me off. I cant get the fenders on because the doors have sagged over time (and yes i have replaced both upper and lower hinge bolts, and i have also gotten the Hinge Bending Tool from TDS). Because i cant get the fenders on, i cant get the hood on. Because i cant get the fenders on i cant get the 91-92 GFX on. lol shoot me!

It sounds just like what I am doing. Sagging doors, non aligning fenders, and gfx that wont fit. Only the doors are not saggin the under carrige is severly bent like a someone hit a rock right under the passenger door and bent it all to hell.

you should of replaced the 305 with a 350. than you wouldn't be dealing with all of your headaches.....but dont worry cause its worth it in the end

the 305 was a 305 TBI. My dad said it would of been a bigger job to find a 350TPI and then to rebuild it and put it in. Plus the 305 had a smaller exhaust system then the 350.

Don't worry....it'll be a beautiful car in the end and the head/heartache you are going through now will make it all worth it

when you do get all the body panels on and get that sucker painted it'll look beautiful, and be much easier to work on.

wish i had ttops. Although it looks better w/o them, sure would be fun.
