Rear seat 3-point seat belt conversion?
My 86 IROC only has lap belts in the rear. With the kids in car seats this is not a problem, however when they move to booster seats I'll need a native three point seat belt in the rear for them to sit there (My 4 year old sits in the front seat). Do you know of any kits where I can convert my lap-only to three-point? Will seat belts from a 4th gen fit?
Thanks!
Thanks!

You could probably get the hardware and mounting brackets out of an 89-92 thirdgen and weld the brackets in for the retractor above the rear wheelwell. You'll also need the rear interior plastics from an 89-92 to fit over the retractor.
I believe the fourthgen belts mount the same way. Not sure if the bracket itself is interchangeable, but at least the belts would be 'newer'.
