Recaro seats
Hi
I have an 86 Trans Am with a Mint Recaro Interior or at least it was until i let my brother take it out for a ride. When he came back, the drivers side seat belt guide was broken off. Is there anyway to still get one of these? are they the same guides as stock seats? i doubt it. Anyway im hoping to get one of these cause its one of those little things that are pissin me off. anyway i hope you guys can help or im gonna have to jimmy rig (yes, i said it) a way to use the broken one

no pictures as of right now. the car is in the body shop finally. cant wait for it to come back. Its been too long since ive driven it. PLus, i look damn good in it and its senior year. anyway when i get it back ill snap a pic or maybe someone else with the seats can show...

hehe truth be told, it's a little hard to see....but is this what it looks like?

If so, then I have to say that it is different from the regular ones. The regular ones are more rectangular on the opening, and they mount a little differently.......if you were to get one, I am thinking that it may line up, but if anything it'll place it a little higher on the headrest. It looks good either way though....plus you can find them easily from most Firebirds and Camaros

yea, i realized it may be hard to see in the picture. The ones on my Recaros's seem triangular shaped with the point facing out. Im pretty sure your right about the regular ones being recatngular. O well, if anyone has one of these or knows where i can get one it would be appreciated. Looks like ill have to mcguiver(sp?) a way to make my old one work.
