seat question

I've got a set of power seats. How do you remove the power brackets from the seat without any power? The seats are out of the car and the car doesn't have power anyway, but the seats need to be worked on. Any tips?

Take a battery charger and connect the positive to the power wire and the negative to the metal track or the ground wire(if it has one) Then use the power seat switches just like it was installed in a car.
